01. Nature of delivery

BLUESOLE provides digital engineering and advisory services rather than physical goods. Deliverables may be supplied through agreed repositories, files, environments, documentation, workshops or review sessions.

The accepted scope identifies the deliverables, delivery method and customer recipients. Access to an environment or repository is treated as delivery only when it is part of the agreed handover.

02. Kickoff readiness

Before work starts, both parties confirm the scope, project owner, acceptance criteria, required access, source material and any payment condition. We then confirm the kickoff date and working sequence.

Catalogue timelines are estimates of working duration after readiness is established. A late dependency, unavailable environment or delayed decision may move the delivery date; the effect will be recorded and communicated.

03. Milestones and status

The delivery plan identifies the principal build, review and decision points. Status updates distinguish work in progress, customer review, external dependency and completion so that the next responsible action is visible.

A change to the confirmed scope requires written agreement on the revised deliverables, price and timing before the additional work is scheduled.

04. Review and acceptance

Each handover includes the agreed artefacts and suitable evidence against the acceptance criteria. Feedback must identify the relevant criterion and the observed issue so that corrections can be assessed efficiently.

Requests beyond the accepted scope may be recorded for a separate change or engagement. This does not prevent either party from confirming whether the original deliverables meet their agreed criteria.

05. Handover and continuing support

The final handover records where the deliverables are stored, how authorised customer users can access them, any setup requirements and known limitations. The engagement also identifies who owns the next operational step.

Monitoring, hosting, maintenance and incident response are included only when the selected service or accepted engagement expressly includes them. Any support period, response target and renewal basis will be stated with that service.
