FREQUENTLY ASKED

Clarity, before kickoff.

Practical answers about choosing a service, planning an engagement, payment, delivery and account access.

13 ANSWERS

What does a fixed-scope engagement include?

Each service page sets out a defined outcome, deliverables, required inputs and an estimated delivery window. Before kickoff, the scope and acceptance criteria are confirmed against your environment. Third-party subscriptions, new requirements and continuing operations are included only when the agreed scope explicitly lists them.

Can I combine several services into one project?

Yes. Add relevant services to your project basket and review them together. Dependencies between services should be confirmed during scoping so that the work is sequenced sensibly. If you are unsure which packages fit, submit a project brief through Contact.

When does the delivery timeline start?

The service timeline is an estimate of working time after kickoff readiness is confirmed. Access, source material, required decisions and any agreed payment need to be in place. A dependency or change request can affect the schedule; the impact should be agreed in writing.

What happens when my requirements change?

First, compare the request with the accepted scope. A correction to an agreed deliverable is handled within that scope. Additional work requires a written change decision covering the deliverables, price and schedule before it begins.

Which currency and tax treatment does the catalogue display?

Catalogue prices are shown in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. The project basket and order review show the taxable value, GST component and total separately so that the commercial basis is clear before payment.

Which payment methods are available?

Checkout supports UPI, major cards and netbanking. The methods available for a particular transaction can vary by bank, card issuer and payment provider. Always review the order total and payment status before leaving the checkout.

Can I request a quote for a different scope?

Yes. Share the required outcome, relevant context and timing constraints through Contact. We will review the brief, recommend the closest service or prepare a separate scope where the catalogue does not fit.

Do I need an account to explore services?

No. You can browse, build a project basket and submit a brief without signing in. The checkout journey asks for email verification before the final order review, so the order can be associated with an account.

How does email login work?

Enter your work email and complete the six-digit verification step. The same verified email connects your profile, project requests, orders and payment updates in the Client Space.

Where can I see my projects and payment status?

The Client Space groups project requests, quotes, orders and payment records associated with your verified email. Open an order to review its scope, current status, payment history and next action.

How are deliverables handed over?

The handover should identify the agreed artefacts, their location, verification evidence and the person responsible for the next step. Source access, documentation and a walkthrough are included when listed in the selected service scope.

Does a service include ongoing support?

Only when ongoing support is explicitly part of the service. A one-off implementation and a managed operations engagement have different boundaries. Check the service deliverables and confirm the support period, response expectations and exclusions before kickoff.

What does the Work page show?

The Work page presents service blueprints available to commission. Each blueprint shows the deliverables, customer inputs, timeline and published price without attributing unverified outcomes to a named client. Verified client case studies are published only with project evidence and permission.
